Tsvetimira G. Boeva
Tsvetimira (Tsveta) has over thirteen years of experience in immigration law. She has been practicing as an Immigration Attorney for nine years. Prior to establishing her law firm, Tsveta worked at a multinational IT consulting company and Chicago-based law firms.
Born and raised in Bulgaria, Tsveta received her J.D. degree from Sofia University Kliment Ohridski - School of Law, Sofia, Bulgaria in 2003. She moved to the U.S. in 2004 and obtained her LL.M. degree from Indiana University Maurer School of Law, Bloomington, IN in 2006. She is fluent in both the Bulgarian and Russian languages, and she is conversant in Spanish.
Tsveta is admitted to practice law in New York, and she is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). Because immigration law is a federal law, Tsveta is licensed to represent clients from all 50 states regarding immigration matters.

Iskra advises multinational companies, executives and individuals in all aspects of employment-based immigration, investment and family immigration. She has assisted companies in best practices and corporate compliance with issues involving foreign workers. In her career, she has worked for a big international law firm and has lead the immigration department in a well-known Chicago firm.
Recently, Iskra was nominated by the American Institute of Legal Counsel as 10 Best Attorneys in the practice area of Immigration Law. In 2017, she was also recognized as Top 40 Under 40 by the National Advocates. Iskra has given speeches and presentation at major national conferences and forums.
She graduated from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, and is admitted to practice law in the State of Illinois, U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, and U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.
